Life Goals--My Challenge

I have many goals and reaching these goals will consider much work. My life goal is to graduate college, get a great job, put my daughter in school and get her everything she needs. I also hope to be married and have 1 or 2 more kids and have a beautiful home.
When I was 16 years old, I got really shocking news that I was pregnant. My whole world had turned upside down and about to change the rest of my life. I was attending Boone County High School as a junior when I found out. I gave birth to a beautiful little girl on the afternoon of Halloween and my life and previous life goals were changed for good.
I returned to school after my 6 week maternity leave and I graduated in June of 2008 and I now attend college at Northern Kentucky University. Many people thought that I would be like most teenage girls that got pregnant, had the baby, and dropped out of school but boy was everyone wrong. Having a baby made my views on everything change. If I would have quit school then I wouldn't be setting a good example for my daughter and at first I had thought she may want to quit school. I set so many goals for myself and I need a great education to get a great job.
Even though I have some struggles taking on a daughter, school, and work, I continued on with my education to succeed my life goals.
***Having children or having another life altering event shouldn't stop anyone from continuing their education. I believe that everyone can succeed at anything that they work hard at.
